Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Final sale items
  • Customized or personalized products

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product.
